I had the lap-band sugery at 422lbs so I do not see why you can't! But trust when I say this, the surgery is not some instant weightloss magical evolution. Actually its almost as hard as not having it. But it is a good tool if you can follow it, but its just a tool, unlike the bypass, you still can cheat (i have done it)…

I have been staying under 2000 calories a day but now I want to stay under 1200 calories. Plus I need to make sure I get enough water. Atleast 62 oz of water a day and get off the diet coke! Don't be down babe, Things happen all the time, Its what we do to make changes to accommodate the situation. Try Less calories and more protien and try working you upper body until you feel better!

It is totally ok to say what you feel. I binge eat aswell and if you look back in this thread you will see where I posted and was down about it but I took the next day as a new day, I want to be healthy more than I want food. Please let us know how you are doing.

I like sugar free low calorie pudding cups! and cabbage or vegetable soup, home made of course! use veggie stock instead of butter! Also in your organic store try LARA Bars, they are whole all natural compressed fruit and nuts, unprocessed. Also tofu is really good!

That's totally how I am, I have small stuff during the day, like sugar free caramel pudding cup that has only 45 calories and then for dinner I do a soup like Campbell chunky or something. Its just hard to eat in the morning due to my lap band being swollen.

I am feeling good. I am back on track and yesterday I was at work and while walking by a mirror I noticed I could see my shoulder/collar bones!!! I was so excited! But its like my top is getting smaller but my gut/bottom is staying the same where I look like a giant pear!
