  • I just discovered this this morning, but I am totally going to get in on the next one! The funny thing is that I am making zucchini tonight for dinner anyway, lol. I am using leftover whole wheat spaghetti to make a pasta/roasted vegetable frittata, with feta.
  • Jicama cooked is similar to water chestnuts. It maintains some level of crispness, even when warm.
