level 2 day 1 done!!! I figured out I need some good work out shoes for this level lol I had to pause and run to find some shoes because I did level one in my socks everyday! but trying to do thos planks my feet slide away... it was pretty funny though.. :laugh:

Feeling much much better today!!! Level one day 9 finished... one more day of level one!! Im feeling very well and much stronger... I am still horrible at the lunges i just have really bad balance I do fine on the side lunges... annoying! I cant wait to start level two! something new! whooooo who!

I have gotten sik bt I still managed to do the work out the last to days but I dont think I am going to make it today. :( I am so worn out and trying to move while sick is exausting! So I am taking today off I was really going to try with no breaks...

I dont wanna weigh in today.... I have done 30ds for the last seven days but two days this week i didnt eat very well.. so im nervous!

I log the morning of and I log the whole day just to give me an idea sometimes I change things but I like to have a basic plan.. I dont have an i phone so I have to use my computer at home and it helps me stay with it at work.

Im planning to push through with no breaks but if something comes up i think it will be ok to miss a day here and there. I had a really hard time being motivated to day... didnt do 30 ds until around 10:30pm and I ate terrible during the day but not a ton (didnt got over my net calories) but i feel so gross now even after…

So I woke up this morning my legs were hurting so so bad! Sitting down and going down stairs was the most painful thing everrr! all day long I was in pain but I did day 3 anyways and after I noticed that my legs felt a million times better!

I am a total sweet tooth! I still eat something sweet everyday but not as much as I used to,. I really miss eating just plain milk chocolate hersheys candy bars mmmm so instead I will eat half of one of those or skinny cow chocolate crisps and if I want some cookies I will eat one big nummy one or just some of the who nu?…

Its a work out video with Jillian Michaels its supposed to be pretty intense and I have seen some pretty good results online I believe its a 25 minute work out each day and *I think* 3 different levels (Just bought the video and am starting with this group on saturday)

This is my third week on here and I am absolutlty in the same boat with the carbs... I find myself exercising more just to increase the carb amount over the calories I love bread!! I am also not much of an exerciser but working on it! lots of walking and I am going to start the 30 day shred with Jillan michals in a group…

Thanks everyone!! I think I will try it and I will definetly try to find a group to keep me motivated or a friend I have a few friends doing this website with me. I just wanted to make sure it wasnt a waste of money.. I am so excited I will have to go out and buy it on wednesday! :heart:

I am a quitter too... this is my second time trying so lets not be quitters together! You can do it! Just watch how much you eat and exercise more.. maybe ask her if you can take turns cooking.. But I have faith in you! you CAN do it! and so can I lol

Haha I was thinking about that the other day as well! Mine now says 147 but I am really 168.. I am really hoping to get back down to that!!
