I am down 14lbs since Jan 1st 2015...I'd like to lose a further 30 - 40lbs. Wow!!! V. noticeable difference. We have similar body shapes so I'm loving seeing your success! I started on Jan 1st at 181lbs (I'm 5'5")....and am 13.5lbs down. I'm doing photos on every 1st of month to see progress. When I get to goal (140lbs or under) I'll post photos.

I took before pictures (in bra & knickers - front, side, back) on Jan 1st 2015....and yup, it was a shock....especially the back view of my *kitten*!!!! Thanks!!! I couldn't believe it when I got on the scales this morning!!! And being 11 stone something rather than 12 stone something makes a huge psychological difference to me. The January thread really helped but I kickstarted everything with a sober January and laid off the sugar too.
