Yes you can substitute Greek yogurt! I do it and can't taste the difference. I actually switch Greek yogurt for sour cream in almost every recipe that calls for it.

You will get tons of different answers to this question, but for me I usually try and eat back at least some of the extra calories you earn. This website already builds in your deficit for you, so if you eat your extra calories it will not hinder your weight loss.

I think it tastes great in salads, stir frys and eggrolls. Very mild tasting imo but still yummy!

I am 5'9 and right now I'm eating about 1600 calories a day without exercise. But I usually eat back most, if not all, of my exercise calories.

In my experience the bread won't hurt you. I don't even eat whole wheat bread and it hasn't seemed to hurt me so far. Eat it and enjoy it! :)

I am the same way. If my carbs go too low I feel awful and I'm not even really me anymore. I would have the slice of bread and enjoy the heck out of it. :)

I log my weight every time I weigh myself, up or down. It helps me to get a better picture of what I should and shouldn't be eating.

Definitely making these this weekend! I don't really like blue cheese so I think I will skip that and lightly fry mine instead. I have not had very good luck making eggrolls or wontons in the oven. :(

This is my line of thinking as well. I work hard to stay under my calories during the week and so far one bad meal, or even a whole day, hasn't really hindered my progress.
