I do understand your frustration.I am going through the pre op process as well. It can be very frustrating for me it's the time limits of everything clearances are only good for so long and tests also so juggling all that is like a balancing act.now that I'm at the final stretch everything was supposed to be done this week…

This may sound crazy but I have a hard time sleeping at night sometimes so in middle of the night instead of being restless in bed I'll walk around my house for like a half an hour sometimes.i notice I fall back to sleep faster too
