almonds and cashews make great snacks, veggies of course, apples you can grab and go, granola bars that are not chocolate covered. cheerios, not just for breakfast :), and thats all I can think of right now

Yes, sometimes I always take home half of my meal, or tell them to bring me a half order, that way I am not tempted. Sometimes I avoid eating out just for this reason, though that is not an option for you really.

I try to eat 30g - 50 g per day, usually around the 30, don't count a lot of carbs from veggies, don't count calories I post my diary as public if anyone wants to add me and see it!!

Low carb diet, 30g - 50g of carbs per day, exercise about 6 times per week, an hour a day, and about 14 cups of water each day! Thanks everyone

I agree with this guy!!! I've lost 71 lbs, I am on a low carb diet, clean eating, and I'm the healthiest I've been in years. I enjoy the foods I eat because I know I am putting good into my body. I'm near Toronto actually. I do work out about 6 - 7 times a week, and am on a strict diet, but hey, I've made a lot of changes in my life. If you decide to add, that'd be okay too. My start weight was 339 and I am now 268 :)
