If you click on the persons name (in blue), then click on it again when the "send message" box pops up it will take you to the person's profile. There you will find a button that is labeled to add the person as a friend. Great job and good luck for continued success!

Hi everyone! I'd be happy to mentor someone. I am 47 years old and have figured out how to live with a back injury sustained 20 years ago. I ballooned up to 272 at one point in my life, but to date since I started in June 2014, and have remained consistent, I am down almost 40 pounds. Slow and steady on the scale, but…

Starts with one step, one success toward your goal...each step leads to the next and before you know it, you're there! Best of luck in your goals...keep up with your consistency! :D

Hey Alison! We all start with the recognition that we have an issue...you have done that! The first step is done! Here's the thing...once we truly admit to ourselves what our challenge really is, you should take one positive, grand step toward breaking the cycle. My own experience was that I admitted to myself that I…

Carolyn, We are living the same life in separate bodies! Self image is a challenge for me as well, and I seem to "fear" losing weight. With every new low weight on the scale, I find that I fight stronger and stronger urges to sabotage. Awareness is part of the battle, but it is still hard to resist and not just go for that…

Hey Stacey! Slow and steady is the name of this game...there are so many factors to weight loss and health in general that any lasting change will come from your thoughtful approach to this process! Just think, how many years did it take you to get where you are today? Shouldn't you also give yourself a break to know that…
