If Chocolate is what you enjoy have some but account for it in your diary. If you deny yourself something that is what you will crave. Moderation is the key. Providing you make healthy choices the rest of the time and you are within your calorie allowance have your chocolate :flowerforyou:

I often make mine with Turkey Mince :flowerforyou:
-
I live in Dane End which is a small vilage between Ware and Stevenage not far from Hatfield
-
I'm going to try that. I have hightlights and go swimming alot. Thanks for that tip :flowerforyou:
-
I got three dogs and I feed them all the leftovers in my house. They are all lean and fit
-
You are doing well. Slow and Steady is good and you are more likely to keep it off. :flowerforyou:
-
I don't know what Lipotrim is but you have lost 25 lbs and losing a 1 lb a week. I would say that is a nice steady loss. Slow and steady stays off and gives your skin chance to adjust. Things like Lipotrim normally have a leaflet in them with a crash diet which would make you weight in an unhealthy way which will gradually…

WOW well done :flowerforyou: You look 20 yrs younger as well
-
You always loose loads on the first week  Great start though you just got to keep going now :flowerforyou:
-
I have a big appetite and I find eating plenty of veg helps alot :flowerforyou:
-
Works for me. I usually put me main meals in my diary in the morning then I can make changes if it comes out to high and I know how many calories I got left over for snacks. It has helped me make better food choices :drinker:
-
too much processed food loaded with sodium
-
If your diary is correct you are not eating enough and what you are eating is processed food. You need net at least 1200 cals and start eating fresh food and then you should start getting results
-
I always cook from fresh and never add salt to my cooking. It's unusual for me to get anywhere near a 1000. You need to cut down on processed food and your sodium intake will drop. I never add salt to my cooking. I haven't done for years and don't miss it. When I visit my Mother who uses salt in her cooking I have to stop…

I would make my own soup because canned soup is loaded with sodium. I ofter make it in the winter. I usually make it in my slow cooker. I usually start with a chicken carcass and cook the meat off it, remove the bones and throw in whatever veg I got in the fridge. I usually put lentils in as well. Then I make some…

:flowerforyou: Morning All, Cold here in Hertfordshire. Start of my working days today so I have made a Pasta Bake with Turkey Mince to take to work for dinner tonight. Off the Aqua Aerobics soon. I'm not starting work till three today. Have a good weekend everyone :drinker:
-
I always track Sodium because I have Heart disease in my family and considered high risk by my Doctor. So far I haven't had any problems although my younger sister has had a major stroke. I believe I haven't had any problems cos I keep my sodium low

:drinker: The Silver one
-
I got three large dogs and buy one those every two weeks LOL. Got lift off it off the shelf into the trolley into the car and out the other end. That has got to be worth a few calories
-
So glad I don't get TOM anymore. One of the joys of old age LOL:flowerforyou:
-
I'm probably the only person on this site that hates porridge
-
If you have a look through the threads you will find some groups on these types of diets. Most of us like to do something we can sustain for the rest of our lives :flowerforyou:
-
I have a couple of Red Wines every night and have lost weight. It's the first thing I put in my diary LOL
-
It is possible to go out for a meal and make healthy choices
-
I would call that bad LOL. It's good to have a target to focus on :flowerforyou:
-
if you log it as exercise it will still up your calories

I'm a UK 36G. I think US sizing is different. Not sure whether my cup size has gone up or down because I was wearing a 40DD and went and got fitted for a bra and ended up with a 36G. Been wearing the wrong size bra for years LOL. Getting fitted for bra was the best day's work I ever did. It made me look 10 lbs thinner…

Looks like you need to get organised. During the week you need to a house tidy every night and weekends a good house clean and weekly shop. I plan out my meals for a week and shop accordingly. I'm retired now but used to be a busy career girl with a disabled husband to look after 1, Pick Up and Clear up as you go. 2,…
