Apparently there is an Epilator you can use in the bath. My friend who is a totally wimp and thick hair growth has one. She says it's the best one she has ever had and not painful.

I had Xenical prescribed for me by Doctor a few years ago and had to visit the practice nurse once a week for a weigh in and a filled food diary but they didn't work for me. Explanation from Practice Nurse " you are not eating enough fat to make them work " ????

Well Done for losing 3lbs :drinker: I'm two days into dieting seriously again. I got the app on my phone first then found the site. I'm liking what I see so far and loving the bar code reader. Nice people on this site as well.
