I love this group. I have always had a hard time with late night snacking. It adds alot of calories to my day and I know I don't count the evening calories acurately. Sometimes it is hard to notice it for yourself, but it must feel great when others notice.

First night on board. It was very difficult I started to think about snacking before I left work. Now that I'm home I am still thinking about it. I brushed my teeth in hopes to curb my snacking desire. I think tonight I am going to win this battle. Tomorrow night the fight is on again. ME#1 LNS#0

I have not tried one yet -it looks like they would be a great core and balance workout. On you tube they show how to make your own. Eventually, when I find the time I would like to try and make one.

It is hard to know how much calories are in things. Sometimes I log my food at night after work and see that I'm above where I want to be, but you can't let that mistake let you down- just learn from it and get positive for the rest of your day. Don't get down on yourself- you can do it.
