I took six double stuff oreos, ate the cookie parts of five of them, and shmushed all of the filling in the middle of the last cookie. Basically I made a twelve stuffed oreo. No milk though cuz I'm on this diet ;)

Yikes. Wish I saw this before eating 3 slices of pizza for lunch.... Higher than 95% of my age range in the US, and higher than 100% of my age range worldwide. I HAVE THE HIGHEST BMI IN THE WORLD??? I mean I know that isn't what that number means, but to be in that percentile is pretty scary.

Log what you think you might reasonably eat beforehand. I know you wont KNOW what you're going to eat, or even what all the possibilities are. But see what 1900 calories of thanksgiving food might look like the day before.

Heresy! I'm all for pineapple on pizza (and all manner of vegetables for that matter), but nothing beats an NYC 99cent plain slice. Except for maybe this one time I had a slice of pizza with lasagna on it. Like... it was deep dish pizza with lasagna baked on top of it.

Try to keep in mind that taking good care of yourself isn't failure. Meet yourself where you are, think about what you need NOW, instead of where you were or want to be in the future. Right now, sounds like you're doing all the right things and doing the best you can. There's victory in that.

Balance is difficult, right? I'm a 4th year PhD student. Every time I'm in the gym, its like "I kind of should be doing my dissertation" and every time I'm doing my dissertation, I think "I should probably move more than my fingers today." You're always giving up something, but everything is important.

I had a lot of success with Strong Lifts 5x5. I gained a lot of strength but I didn't lose or gain weight. If you take that route, you MUST sign up for the emails... they are hysterically bad but informative. There's a pretty simple app too that I found helpful.
