This is a really good question. Here's the things I do. I am not all about this you half to eat this and not that. I also believe it doesnt need to be organic to be good for you. Small decisions can be just as good for you. Just try replacing things like white bread with wheat or rye bread. Get whole grain pastas instead…

yes you can do it, and no it wont be easy. But the good news is that you are capable of anything you set your mind to. Just make the decision that you ARE going to do this, start small and work your way up. Dont just jump in, get a plan and go at it!!!!

I always hated running, but since I lost 59 lbs so far, decided to do the local 5k race this weekend for a good cause, and now that its over, I had a blast, and I cannot wait, to do some more!!!

Yes I was/am the same way. I have found that before I even touch my food, I literly drink a full glass of water as fast as I can and get a second glass ready. that way you have something in your belly with no food yet. then I start to eat the smaller portions I try to take a mouth full, and then literly put down my eating…

Well, they're are differnt factors here. Body size, the incline of the treadmill vs the elyptical, the speed of each. But with everything the same, the Elyptical usually will bunr more calories than just jogging.
