Server in a hotel. Living the dream. Lots of running around. I started working breakfast and wedding parties only! I found myself snacking too much when I worked bar shifts. I have so much more control and movement over the other end.

You can do it! I remember when I stepped on the scale and it said 198.4. I think that was the happiest day of my life! I had started at almost 230. I'm 158 now and trying to get down to around 140.

I'd follow everyone else's advice. I think I mostly clicked on this for the title, lol. I have the same problem... I had a splurge meal last night of garlic parm wings and 2 slices of pizza.... that blew my butt out. I think it's because I've been eating so clean. My body couldn't handle it!

This tends to be my problem almost every day... The way I see it, if you're hungry, eat... If you're not, don't. Don't force it if it's not meant to be. ;) You'll have a YOLO meal at some point. All your extra calories that you didn't use can go towards that, lol.

Listen to her! It's kind and it's reality. Think of it as a start to just being healthy! I had to rid the idea of dieting, like it was some sort of punishment.
