OP: I will take the challenge too. Great idea

" asking people to give up what they love the most is asking for disaster" in which I wonder how is beer and pasta things people love the most.
-
No. If you don't have anything nice to say........still applies here.
-
Seriously? Nothing going on under the hood....Show some decency please.

It's sad to think that humans LOVE beer and pasta and whatever else that much! We have a gross attachment to things. We need to LOVE ourselves and others.

it is shameful. I've seen this type of mob mentality on this site before and I am shocked! OP: what you wrote is doable. And I would love for you to give me personal advice on using weights and the machines at the gym, I need a plan that will help with weight loss and tone. I cut out the booze before pregnancy and haven't…

Fat gives you energy and keeps you…

Perhaps we need more of them...An overweight instructor maybe an incentive and more welcoming. And might encourage folks who are intimidated to go to the gym more often.

if you are going to quote me- do it right. I would never be as mean as you trailer trash hillbillies" hypocrisy I never said that I'm not mean. I also never said I was a Buddhist. If you are such a great runner and are only here to reduce your body fat---why don't you offer some real advice ? Instead of proving my point.

Thanks for proving my point

why don't you read this thread before you judge. Its mean to the OP

I just joined. I've never made a comment on any site. I just read comments to gain insight and learn, like WhyQuit.com- I quit smoking. In fact-I've never joined a group until last week with this one. I'm not sure if I will ever ask for advice at MFP. I have seen such distasteful remarks that lack maturity and basic common…
