I had my leftovers from yesterday's lunch at PF Changs- Half a bowl (big bowl, more like a plate!) of shrimp with lobster sauce over brown rice. Only about 315 cals, and oh so yummy! Oh, and a leafy salad with Marie's yogurt dressing.

Great job! Honestly, this may be the way I do it, too. I don't think I can give up while food altogether, and since my primary goal is to get more fruits and veggies into my diet, I think what you are doing may work for me as well. If it helps me lose a few extra pounds, then that's good, too!

I just did level 3, day 2 today. I forgot how hard this level is! My whole body hurts again, even more than it did after the very first day of level 1. I love this DVD! Jillian really keeps me motivated and pushes me through it. You'll love and hate her. It's tough, but if you push yourself and do the moves correctly, you can definitely see great results. Good luck!

Sometimes I wonder how accurate the MFP calculators are. If you are maintaining your weight now, but gaining weight at your "maintenance" calorie goal, then maybe MFP hasn't calculated your calorie goal correctly. I would say lower your calorie goal, eat more fresh fruits and vegetables, and see if you make any progress.
