  • That sounds sloop good. I adore zucchini! Thanks for posting this!
  • I definitely see a major difference! Great work so far! Be proud of what you have accomplished.
  • My family and I are going in October, too! This will be our first trip as a family, since we wanted to wait until the kids were a little older (they are 11, 9, and 5 now). We are so excited! Where did you get the countdown! I've been on MFP for over a year, but I had stopped using it until we paid for our trip....then I…

  • I'd love to join if there is a spot left for me!
  • Thank you so much for the info! I'll just avoid abdominal exercises for a while, since I don't feel any pain during my other activities. I guess I should have known that one day of rest wasn't enough! Thanks again
  • I'm doing 30DS right now and want to continue through the month of August (so more like 40 days), then I plan to start the Ripped in 30 in September. I would love to give and receive support through these workouts, they are brutal! I'll add you!
  • I've been married for almost 12 years, but I will be the matron of honor in my sister's wedding at the end of September. That's my biggest motivation right now. My sister looks fantastic in my wedding pictures, and I want to look fantastic in hers! Is that selfish? Maybe, but she is already skinny and I know she wants me…
  • I'll send you a friend request! I could use some support, too :)
  • Hi there, I completed c25K about a year ago, and I believe you run 3 days per week (so it goes up to Day 3 each week). I would do strength training and yoga on my off days, I think your body needs the break from running! Good luck to you, it's such a great program.
  • I follow Jillian Michaels on Facebook, and she just said that it doesn't matter what time of day you work out, but you should try to work out at the same time every day. I guess if your body get accustomed to exercising at a certain time each day, it will release adrenaline and testosterone at that time of day, Which will…
  • Hi, I'm a 32 year old mom of 3, and my weight has also been very inconsistent over the years. I will be very motivated for a while and lose10-15 pounds, but the slightest change in my life will cause me to lose motivation and gain it all back. Feel free to add me as a friend, maybe we can help support each other!
  • I've never heard of the Beck diet solution, but it sounds interesting! I know I can be my own worst enemy when it comes to losing weight, so having a "thin person's" attitude sounds perfect. Good luck!
  • I honestly hate to exercise, but I also think that once it becomes a daily habit, it gets more enjoyable! Just aim to do something every day, and mix it up a little so it doesn't get boring. Good luck to you, and feel free to add me as a friend!
  • Good luck to you! I know it's hard to stick with it, but everyone on MFP seems really supportive and that helps with the motivation.
  • I'm 5'4", and my initial goal is 130. I am currently 142. When I reach that goal, I might want to get a little lighter, like 120-125, but I think it will depend on how much muscle I gain from my workouts! I've been 118, but I had no muscle tone and I don't think I was very healthy. So once I reach 130, I'll just listen to…
  • Congrats on the 10 pounds lost so far! I've also been using MFP for a while, but I just joined the community and am also looking for friends that can support me ( and that I can support), so I can finally get healthy and stay healthy! I will send you a friend request!
  • I have done level 2 for 2 days now, and it is a killer! Lots of plank-position exercises!! This is my second time doing the shred, so I was a little more prepared for what was coming ( I did it about a year ago, too). Keep with it. There is no shame in staying with level 1 for a while longer....that level is pretty brutal…
