I started my weight loss in January. My heavest weight being 265. I have lost a total of 38lbs i am now 229 but didnt join MFP til i was down to 252. I love Zumba...I wasnt good at it when i first when because i have no rythm but it got easier as the more i went! Give it another try or 2 and you will begin to love it too!! And I hate it for Xbox kinect..i cant do it on there!!

This week for me has also been a bad week. Financial stuff and day care issues, have sent me into a mode of slight depression this week and i have pretty much eaten whatever i want..i have been keeping track of my calories and havent gone over them by too much but its still bad cause i havent been exercising. I would like to join, I am wife and a mom of a 13month old girl. I am working part time right now but i am looking for full time and it is very hard to get a work out in and eat right! I am weighing 229 right now..i want to weigh 205 by Dec. 25th 2011. overall i wanna lose 79 more lbs.

Yes i love exercise tv on demand! I havent used it in while just havent found the time...but i love free so i love it!!

I dont think it would ruin your day as long as you only eat the serving size and no toppings! I had ice cream last week and still lost 2lbs when i weighed in on friday!!! Just make sure you dont eat over your calories

I love it! I have it on exercise tv thru my cable company..so i only get to see level 1 but its a good work out. I also just used circuit training to track the calories burned!
