What is 168 suppose to look like? Everybody is different, I think you carry your weight well. Is it the number that bothers you or the way you look? If it is the number then maybe you can try taking measurements instead of weighing on the scale.

I'm a much better cook since I stopped being afraid of fat. Butter and coconut oil are way better than Pam.

I do the same thing, I love it when clothes that were too small are now too big.

Now if I only knew how to make the image smaller....

I have been using a weighted hoop (4 pounds) for about 3 weeks. Right now I do about 10 minutes a day. I already can see a difference in my waist-but I hope it starts to help my lower belly too. It is fun. I have a few toy hula hoops that I use I just want to play around.

I have learned that formal exercise isn't for me. I try to simply increase my activity level by taking walks, mowing the lawn, and I have a sport hula hoop I use for about 10-20 minutes a day. Maybe you can find a sport or activity you really enjoy. I like hula hooping so I stick to that with out any trouble. For me it is…

I don't think it is meant as a way to lose the last 10 pounds. It is very low calorie around 900 a day. You could probably replace some meals with shakes or bars that would be cheaper than buying medifast food-it averages around $2 a meal.

See if Bountiful Baskets is in your area, www.bountifulbaskets.org it is $15 for a basket of 6 different types fruits and 6 types different veggies. I buy one every week, and then mostly just buy meat at Costco. I don't do much starch or any bread, but do buy it in bulk for my sons. Rice, quinoa, and potatoes are all cheap…

I'm 5'7 and currently have my goal set at 155. I haven't been that weight for about 7 years, at that point I thought I was fat. Looking at pictures now, I wasn't I was just right. Since then I've had 2 children and my body is shaped slightly differently. For me I don't find a super slim, extra toned body appealing. I want…

I had this same experience today. I take progress pictures twice a month and today's I look super fluffy compared to the one from 2 weeks ago. I lost 2 pounds since then, but I'm guess that currently I am holding water in that area. I would just give yourself a few weeks and it will likely even out again.

I just eat real premium ice cream bars. Where I live there is a local company that makes ice cream, the bars have less ingredients, 190 calories, a little more fat than the fake stuff but taste way better to me.

I am the same height, and was the same weight in March when I started. I did a low calorie meal replacement plan for 7 weeks (around 900 calories) and lost 21 pounds. I stopped doing that plan the end of April, and gained back a few pounds. That is when I started MFP and have been eating between 1200-1800 calories a day…

I think it is a great way of starting a new lifestyle. I think the goal may be a little unrealistic, but it is probably possible. Maybe start with 30 pounds by the first episode?

I agree with this Barilla Plus is the best. It tastes like pasta and has texture like pasta. With more protein and fiber. It is even pasta colored. Kids will even eat it.

I had mine taken out at 16, I also developed Pancreatitis and was in the hospital for a week. I am now almost 30 and thought I couldn't eat fats or large amounts of meat since I had the surgery. I am finding now after a few months of avoiding breads, baked goods, and most over processed food most of the time I don't have…
