First.....WOW to losing 67 pounds since March. I feel your pain!! I have been at this for almost 6 months and lost same as you. I log everything I eat (stay at 1200-1400 cal) and walk a minimum of 2 miles daily, most at a brisk walk. Try not to get discouraged when the scale doesn't move!! I started this journey 12/28/2010 with consistent 1 to 1.5 pounds lost each week. You must feel great!! I'm exited because I can now walk 2 miles in 33 minutes. Would probably be faster if my dog didn't have to stop and relieve himself. :-)
