  • I've lowered my calorie intake, and am no longer skipping breakfast. I'm also trying to balance my cardio workouts and my strength training. Hopefully this is a step in the right direction. Thanks for all the advice and encouragement!
  • I am in the exact same situation. I am just about the same weight as you are, and I've hit that plateau as well. I've lost about 25 lbs. in the last two years, but these last 20 just don't want to come off! I know how frustrating it can get. Let me know if you need support from someone who can relate.
  • Researching any symptoms on the Internet is a bad idea. I've done it so many times before, and it turns me into a complete hypochondriac. You look up nausea and suddenly you're convinced you have a life threatening illness. So, my advice to you would be to see a doctor if it continues for more than a week or so.
