Are you taking any medication, or anything like it, that could have significantly altered your body's chemistry?

Ah. I see why they call it "negative". But I still don't think it would make that much of a difference, even if you ate nothing but celery or any other negative food.

I've heard of heavy foods, but not negative foods. I wouldn't believe it, though, cause a lot of good, healthy food is on that list.

I eat only when I'm truly upset or bored. Boredom is easier to handle, though, because I still have that desire to fight against my cravings and usually do pretty good by taking the dogs out for a walk or playing a video game. Being upset is tougher, though, because that desire to fight back is gone, and I usually mess up.

I like to keep pre-portioned snacks (like small ice cream or cookies) and I'll "pack" my food for the day, or I'll keep only a day's serving within reach. Drinking water helps me feel full too, and having fruits within arm's reach (litterally) so I have something healthy. Otherwise, if you mess up, don't kick yourself too…

I'm looking to loose a little more than 30, but it's definately a goal of mine. I have trouble thinking of foods, too, but I have VERY simple tastes and don't mind eating a lot of the same things. Still, it would be good to get some new food ideas. What do you like?
