I've just finished day 3 level 2. I hate level 2 lol. I hate circuit 2's cardio. I just about bloody die from not being able to breath lol. I've had no knee or shin problems but doing the walking out push up thing my hands hurt :S Feels like I lean on a pressure point

Totally agree OP BUT its really hard getting it through your head. I really really wanted a lemon pie and it took me about a week for me to have 1 (well 3 in one sitting LOL) but I haven't gained any weight. Even lost 100grams lol. I don't think it would actually work unless you did EVERYTHING the same everyday for 5 weeks. I have written it in my diary just to see though. Got about 2 more weeks to loose 5kgs LOL

I'm not sure what frame size I have. I'm 5ft 9" wrist measures 6.25inches (I always thought I had HUGE wrists and big frame). Anyway I'm 157lbs and aiming for 135lbs. Can't wait till I get there! I felt so good at that weight :)

How would I log going for a 41min walk at 4mph whilst pushing a stroller? The stroller exercise ad doesn't have a speed on it?

I'm on mine right now and I haven't had any cravings and I've lost weight, not sure if I'm carrying any water weight...would be good if I was then I'd weigh less when its finished hehe. Although if I get cravings for foods in general I love spicy cashew nuts, delish!

In 3 weeks I've lost 8.8lbs. Hasn't been a month yet :) I eat low calories and low carbs and also workout for 60 mins a day (30DS and 40min 4mph walk) 5 days a week :)

I eat low carb 20-30grams a day and I'm on day 4 of 30DS and I also walk every weekday for 40mins at 4mph. I'm not a sloth doing low carbs...nice generalization. *rollseyes*

I completly and utterly AGREE!! FINALLY someone who does it the same way as me! The only way I lose my pregnancy weight (3 times I've put on 35-45 KGS!) is low carb and low calorie. Doing low carb (I eat approx 20-30grams a day) you need to up your fat intake. I doubt eating more protein will make your muscles grow bigger lol (in the body builder kind of way). I'm 25 and have had a saggy tummy ever since I had my 10lb 9oz son when I was 18 :( Theres no getting rid of it for me unless I have surgery. Also when I'm pregnant I put on alot of weight (77lbs x 3kids) but I lose it all within 1-1.5 year with relative ease but the tummy stays saggy and gross :(
