For phase 1 I took my daughter and a friend and her three daughters and we went for what ended up being a five mile walk! So I didn't do anything for day 2, but got to bed early!

You have the portions correct. I chose oatmeal too, but I did the smoothie with fruit and water and stevia. It's a little easier for me to sip on that for a while then try to eat 2 cooked bowls!

I also started April 15th! I woke up this morning and I was down 1.4 pounds! I went to the bathroom all day yesterday, so I knew I had to be down a little. Now let's see if I can break the 180 mark.
