I eat my extra exercise calories if I'm hungry, if I'm not starving or craving somethign super bad, then I don't.

I would suggest maybe some nuts or a vegan protein shake? Also broccoli has a decent amount as well. If you're not a vegetarian, I suggest fish!

Yep. I have three dogs, one always sleeps above our heads in her pillow fort, the other cuddles our legs, and the bigger one comes off and on the foot of the bed as she pleases. It's very cozy, but sometimes really crowded, lol
