Can someone screenshot this for all the thigh gap threads where dudes claim no man exists that like this? It'll be hilarious, I promise.

Why be uncomfortable in clothes that are too tight? You'll only be ultra-focused on your discomfort and not have a good time. Maybe just buy some basics: a pair of shorts, some shirts or tank tops, flip flops, a light jacket or sweater, jammies....just get the most reasonable and affordable stuff, wear it, have a blast,…

I think I haven't eaten a single fruit in months. Maybe just some berries in smoothies or something? Either way, you'll live.

I may need your recipe. I can't for the love of me understand the love for these quest bars. I think they're so gross!

I don't. I have some chocolate nearly every day. This week I split up a three-pack of dark chocolate peanut butter cups (newman's own), 1/day.

I ate at a deficit, so the workouts helped. Yes I lost a few lbs, would've lost more if I had been a little more strict on my eating. More than anything I lost in size/inches.

I've seen this iterated a million times here but for some reason, this is the first time it 100% clicked. Anyway, carry on as y'all were.

Hey! I didn't realize that the squishy fat was a thing! I was noticing this around my tummy area and was beginning to wonder what that was all about. Sweet! I'm excited to know it's a sign of progress. A squishy sign of progress.

I used to hate working out in front of anyone. Then one day, my youngest sibling brought her best friend over and I was like "f**k I can't do this with this kid around" and my sister said "um, I've seen you work out all the time, she'll probably just be impressed, and we're busy doing homework anyway" And that was that.…

Like everyone else said, if you feel a craving coming on, just start planning around it. Burgers and fries sounds like an easy way to get carbs, fat and protein all in one shot. :) If you're anxious about portion and nutrient control, learn to cook versions of your favorites at home. Last night I indulged in some pretty…

If he works out, too, just ask for pointers. Involve him. He may actually be really into wanting to help and be a part of it. There's no shame in that.

I LOVED Ripped in 30. It was four workouts instead of three, so it felt more organized and less boring. One workout per week, instead of chopping up 10 days worth of three workouts.

Keep moving on, because you're over it. Right?

Congratulations, you're drinking laxatives. Please google health-risks of using laxatives, if you have some actual kind of health anxiety about these things.

It took me about two months of being consistent. Now, if I don't do it, I feel as if I forgot to brush my teeth or wear deoderant. It also helps if your goals aren't strictly weight/appearance related. If you throw in a few short-term challenges along the way, it keeps it interesting, makes you feel rewarded, and helps…

Methinks someone's calculations are way off. Only way to gain weight is being in a surplus of calories. at 900cals...yeah...no.

How is that a question? Why would I eat something I hate?

Was in an abusive relationship (with a gd CHEF, jesus) for three years, during which I had two major losses in my family, my mother had to go on disability, my sibling got very sick, I was laid off from work and unemployed for 8 months....

I run at the gym because my city is not very runner-friendly. Super helpful. I just make sure to keep a 2% incline so the treadmill doesn't pull me along too much to make it too easy.

I've heard a lot of good things about overnight oats (there are recipes all over the web), but I haven't personally tried them. You can take little wraps with deli meat and cheese, anything portable or not quickly perishable.

Is popcorn a carb?

Also has a lot to do with your running form and where you land on your foot when it strikes the treadmill. I'm on week 3 of C25K atm, but I used to run 40-50+mpw back in the day. I'm currently also doing it on the treadmill because I now live in a city that isn't very runner-friendly. My "walk" is 3.8mph and my "jog/run"…
