There's too many kinds of answers and they're all personal to what works for each individual. Just find what works for you. Me? I can't "snack" or "graze". I prefer my three squares, and plenty of tea breaks. I will sometimes allow space for a sweet in the evening.

Just don't eat anything that'll upset your stomach, and you're good to go.

I have a personal beef with whoever left that one treadmill running at whoknowswhat/mph. ...because I had my headphones on and didn't see the damn thing was moving and I took a hell of a fall. I still have a scar on my shin. YES I know, I should've been paying closer attention, but who the hell jumps off a treadmill while…

That's how I felt, initially. I promise it gets increasingly challenging and you may even experience a few "wtf?!" moments. Especially in Level 3.

Hold on to your butt! (or don't, if you want to lose it)

Basically what everyone has said about it just being a protein supplement. I like it for that reason, and because I've found it makes me feel satisfied and full for a little longer than without. Other than that, *shrug*. It sure as hell isn't gonna make you lose weight for the mere fact that you've added it to your diet.…

I almost want to get that tattooed on me.

I mean, honestly? No matter what, Jillian is no joke. She simply does NOT play games and any workout of hers is gonna be a challenge. I happen to love her dearly because I work well under intense guidance and no-nonsense plans. She seems to tell it to you straight and her obvious giddiness and madness is a little…

I think 30DS is a good starting point. The workouts in RI30 seem a little more complicated but I felt a little more capable because I already knew some of the moves from 30DS. I believe she also has a Beginner's 30DS? I've also used her No More Trouble Zones waaaaaay back when I was in much better shape and was running…

Be careful when taking antibiotics while your genomes ovulate, because it will break down the enzymes that fight off fat and you'll end up with an unwanted food baby. Or so I read somewhere.

No. Don't try. None of it makes any sense.

The one thing that keeps me from ever getting too big is that I don't own a car. Luckily everything I need, including my job, is all within 2-mile radius. That being said, I walk to work, on all my breaks (both 15's and my 30 min lunch), from work to the market, then home, and on the weekend I easily log in 3+miles worth…

I'm considering going back and redoing the 30DS after I complete this last week of Ripped in 30. I will tell you one thing: Ripped in 30 is a WHOLE LOT tougher than 30DS.

Mineral water? I drink flavored mineral/sparkling water in place of what used to be my nightly beer (or two). I don't have a soda habit, but maybe that'll curb your fizzy habit.

Am I wrong, or don't Green Tea supplements exist? Would that have similar benefits to drinking green tea? Certain varieties of black tea have made me toss my cookies in the past, but I've worked around those and found ones that didn't.

Full fat dairy does a number on my gut. Maybe I've developed a taste for the low or non fat varieties as a result, but I personally love nonfat milk with breakfast.

I.... ....I personally think that's a good looking tummy, but that's just me and I totally get that you have your goals.

I've grown to love these threads.

Whatever happened to just being embarrassed and wearing the ancient loaner gym clothes and making them run a few laps? I remember that being like the Dunce Hat of P.E. I personally feel the coach went overboard. What would've been the subsequent "punishment" if the child couldn't complete the burpees?

Where is my fat storge?

I don't usually do so bad on the weekends, but this last weekend with Mother's Day and a friend who is almost done getting her Masters desperately needing a friend and some unwind-time, I didn't do too hot. Alcohol and eating out. That's what does me in. If I'm cooking, and at home, I'm safe.

Just came here to comment that the title made me chortle.

I've had amazing results with basically ANY Jillian Michaels workout dvd. I'm currently on week four of Ripped in 30. I only do each level 5x a week, plus walking any chance I get while at work and on the weekends, plus one or two 30minute cardio workouts at the gym if I can make it. You can make it work! As far as the…

Tall red-eye with splenda and cinnamon every morning. You'll have to fight me to make me let go of my coffee.

So far, so good. Of course, there's always the weekend. :S

I would pass out. I don't even think I eat fruit unless someone reminds me.

Just figure out what works best for you. I personally do best when I get most of my carbs and protein in the morning in a bigger meal, have a small lunch (usually just a protein smoothie or a salad with chicken) and indulge in a little fat at dinner to feel satisfied. The amount of calories at each meal doesn't matter to…

I was terribly sick last week and didn't exercise for two days. I just made sure to stay within my calories and watch my macros as best I could, and tried sleeping it off. After the third day, when I was feeling an upswing, I worked out. It was rough.

I'm 5'4. At my biggest, I was 180lbs (back when I was a teen). At my lightest, I was 125 (this looked equally bad on me). Both my heaviest and my lightest was brought on by disordered eating. My weight when I was fit and healthy from eating well and working out and looked hot (lets be honest) was when I was 130-132lbs. So…
