Good Luck Everyone.:flowerforyou: Here are my results for the last month. I started at 217 I ended at 208 My total weight gone is 9 pounds. The major progress that I have seen is in my Body Fat Percentasge I Started at 31% Total it is at 24% 7% gone.:tongue: GOOD LUCK.:flowerforyou: :drinker: Toni

Mine would be going from a size 18 to a size 12. Having my friends and family comment on how much I have lost and how good I look. The last time I was in a 12 was about 9 years ago. :love:

I have to agree. You both have suffered a great lose. Try to work through this for your other children. Try to find out what he is thinking. He needs to know that you are upset and feel this is wrong. My thoughts and prayers go out to you:flowerforyou: Take care of yourself.

4 kids, not enough activity, setting all day at my desk, lots and lots of Dr. Pepper, and lots and lots of stress.

You are the same height and the same weight that I started on this site at. Try eating only 1200 to maybe 1400 calories a day. Are you gaining muscle? Are you geting to much sodium? Sugar? Are you drinking enough water? These are all things that I have asked myself. Hopefully this helps. DON'T GIVE UP:flowerforyou:
