  • I don't think it really makes a difference about what you eat (I don't have any scientific evidence either) weightloss comes from creating a deficit and eating the right amount of foods, if you make the right food that have enough nutrients I don't see why it makes a difference. But I can't eat the same thing everyday!
  • That's what I heard too. When I first got pregnant though, I was excited that my Bs would at least be a full C, but they didn't grow at all, even when I was breast feeding. Then after I stopped BF I figured they would shrivel a little since that is what my mom said would happen. but no they are still the same…
  • OMG thank you for this! I have literally been searching on the internet all last night for something like this, since I didn't finish my workout my Zumba 2 didn't tell me how much I burned!
  • Sorry I don't know about Just Dance, I have Zumba 2 :( But it is amazing! I look ridiculuous trust me, but it is so fun i hardly realize it's exercise! I am sure that Just Dance would be just as fun, and anything that gets your heart rate up is cardio.
  • I hate when people automatically assume because I eating healthy that I am saying they have to eat healthy too. Then they have to say something like "I could never do that to myself. Why are you eating ThAT?" like eating healthy is a sin and I am denying myself some fantastic reward!
  • My husband said something similar to that when we first started dating, he was like "I would never date anyone over 200lbs, I don't even know how people get that big!" I admit though I was 215 at the time, but I looked closer to 180lbs (i carried it well cause I'm tall) I was like...err I guess he'll never know how much I…
  • My oscar meyer lower sodium bacon is 70 cals for 2 slices. So that's 35 per slice, I get it from my grocery store. To the OP, bacon is not "evil." no food really is if you eat it in moderation. there are some food I had to cut out of diet because I just don't know how to moderate them. But two slices of bacon once or twice…
  • you look amazing! I love looking at these before/after but none have struck me like your size 18-size 6 pants. WOW!! I wear a 16 now but when I started it was 18!
  • Feel free to add me! I am a 23/f married with one child, I need to lose around 100lbs!
  • lol this is great! Really made me laugh and I'm a chick!
  • I just weigh in whenever lol! Sometimes I will do it everyday (no more than that though because I will start to obsess) sometimes every week, and sometimes every couple of weeks. It really depends on if I should expect a change on the scale, but I was happier when I could wear a 16 pant instead of an 18 than when the scale…
  • I started at 245 (which is my highest since I don't count when i was 260 because I was pregnant and the weight came off naturally) I was down to 231, but I decided over the holidays since we weren't going to be home that I could eat whatever I wanted. So now I am 238.
  • I just made a very quick meal from what I had in the cupboard/freezer I found I had chicken breasts, chili beans, and rice, so I put the chicken and beans in and filled the chili can up with water, let that cook on high (my chicken was frozen for 4 hours, then added the rice and let it cook for another hour or so. It…
  • It depends on my mood if I swear, but when I was younger and dating one of my criteria was that they were ok with me cussing. My husband didn't mind at all, but now that we are married and have a 1 yr old, so i sure don't cuss as much as I used to.
  • I refuse to not make the best of every situation I am in. I live a very good life, with family and a husband that LOVES me for me and supports me in everything. I am waking up everyday this year telling myself how lucky I am!
  • I'm originally from Beaufort South Carolina! It is a nice town, and I have nothing bad to say about it, my husband and I would love to retire there when he gets out of the military, also it is only 30 mins from a national park with a very nice beach (also since Beaufort is an island there are so many easily accessible and…
  • It is his baby if he signed the papers to legally become that childs father. It's not like she forged his signature or anything he had to do it willingly.
  • OK, really, I know it can't be easy since you feel like you are in love with this guy, and you probably are. I am just going to be as honest as I can and it may sound harsh but I am not trying to be. Why in the world would you let him come back to you three times? You say you don't want to be childish or hurt anyone but…
  • I totally just watched this movie two days ago lol.
  • when it first came out I considered myself a "Skyrim Widow" as to say my husband disappeared for about two weeks. Now I am officially a "Zelda: Skyward Sword Widow" lol. I have to schedule personal time in between gaming sessions. It's bad.
  • I used to have it just for friends, but now it is 100% private. In my case I am not 100% on what I eat if I know others can see it. I understand how people can turn that into a sort of motivation but I just lie, and don't put everything I eat on there because I know that people can see it. So now I am private, and then I…
  • The thing that annoys me more than anything is when someone is like "I *have* to use pills/crash diets cause nothing else works" I wanna say don't you realize that if you are *still* using them they don't WORK EITHER!!! I have never ever seen anyone lose weight from crash dieting. (because they gain it all back)
  • I am close to 5'8 (really depends I've been told I am 5'6 :noway: and told I was 5'9 again :noway: so I figure I am 5'7 1/2 to 5'8 if I am standing up straight) My goal weight is 135-140
  • feel free to add me I am definitely looking to expand MFP friends, I love honest people who admit their mishaps but get back on track,
  • I make our meals healthier altogether and he eats them but he needs to really eat wayyy more than I do because he is underweight and exercises all the time (he is in the military)
  • I dated a man who was 32 yrs old when I was 19. It was a nice relationship and I really enjoyed it we dated for almost a year. It wasn't the right time for me though, but we ended things on good terms. I really think you should be 18 or older to date someone that much older. I always say this though, if I wasn't happily…
  • I bought Zumba 2 for Wii since my January goal is to lose at least 10lbs. I've only tried it once and just felt so dumb! my husband has been encouraging me to try again and I know I will, I just have to force myself to get over my self consciousnesses
  • I graduated in 2006 and my weight then was 178.2 (I was on a weightloss program) But throughout most of highschool I weighed as much as I do now.
  • I feel the same way (I am a military wife too) and my husband is -only- going to be gone for 3 weeks this time for training. But that doesn't mean someone can tell me to just "deal with it, because my husband has been gone for 3 out of 4 of the years we've been together blah blah blah" Like...whoa thats great for you and…
  • I've also been told repeatedly that I look like the Cheshire Cat from Alice in wonderland...
