You all look amazing!!!

I think 8 glasses is really the bare minimum. Most dietary refrences state taht you can get away with 6 and that you CAN include the water content associated with most fruits and veggies, I however think that most people need more then that. IMO, 3-4 liters is what an active adult following a healthy diet should intake.

I try to include a lean protein source in all of my meals, but other then that just stive for balance and it will all work out! :)

gross....

I LOVE it, hands down the best "fake" peanut butter product I've ever used!!

I've made the cauliflower pizza crust, good- but ver time consuming. I like to use Joesph's bakery lavash bread, spread some sauce, lots of veggies and some part skim mozzarella on it and wah lah- it's easy decent pizza :)

check out paleo recipes and just avoid the egg one's. You can find a tone of paleo recipes online!

salty stuff makes me want to binge more, I usually will make hot tea, diet hot cocoa, diet apple cidar or eat sugar free popsicles... I've even been known to make a can of chicken broth and eat that like soup. Now granted, this is if I feel I'm going to binge, I think it's important to also have snacks, so make sure that…

Yummy!!! I'm going to try it with pistacchio pudding mix :)

You eat a lot of processed foods, that's probably why you gain weight when you increase your calories. If you feel like you have to keep it that low throw in calorie day at maintenance every few days until you feel more comfortable increasing them.

I love them too!!! I buy them in the two pack at harris teeter (1.27 for 2) or Aldi and I freeze them and then puree them with frozen raspberries and unsweetned cocoa powder and it makes a yummy sorbet!

Ditto... they have english muffins, pitas, wraps, etc. Definatly my go to bread when I'm craving a sandwich P28 also has a new high protein bread, i've not tried it yet but I've heard good things about it!

Yes, you need to eat more, but it should be spread out through the day, not crammed into one meal before bed.

I keep baggies of hard boiled egg whites in my fridge, nuts, seeds, homemade protein bars, fruit, raw veggies with hummus

Try this: (and always use the stove, if you have to make it that way every time you eat it you'll eat less) http://www.hungry-girl.com/show/rise-and-dine-growing-oatmeal-bowl-recipe

I never ate mine back, I zig zagged my calories the majority of the time and I always had a deficit. I never trust online calculators when it coems to calories burned during exercise. I think it also has a lot to do with how much weight you have to lose. If you're working out at night I wouldn't come home and eat, however…

Unfortunatly you're always going to deal with meanies... in real life and in the cyber world. MFP seems to be one of the least aggressive forums I've ever been on. I think, as sad as it is, SOME rudeness is to be expected. Not everyone is nice, it's just how it is- in life and online. I've never seen a thread where it…

I've always had guy friends that I talk about weight training and what not with and guy workout partners, but my husband is okay with it. If it ever became a problem and he asked me NOT to have the guy friends I would respect his wishes. I don't think it's a matter of whether or not you should be allowed to be friends with…

As long as you're creating a caloric deficit daily you should see a good weight drop! just watch your diet closely.

You have to remember when you eat it that it's NOT real ice cream, but for a WHOLE PINT that clocks in at 150 calories, it's good enough for me on the occassion that I know a half cup serving is NOT going to cut it. I like chocolate, chocolate peanut butter (don't be expecting a reese taste here though) and vanilla maple.…

Try bumping up your calories to around 1600 every 4th day. Your body has gotten use to the 1200 calories that you currently consume, so by increasing your caloric intake every few days (make it clean foods) then you'll stand a good chance of bumping up your metabolism and blasting through your plateau! :)
