If you have room for a snack, eat it. If not- try drinking hot tea, diet hot cocoa, sugar free popsicles (10 cals)... it'll add a few calories but it's better then the alternative

My butt NEVER leaves... I have a ghetto booty. I lose from the head down but it's like my butt is the speed bump that it just JUMPS right over, LOL!!! So, I just play it up and make sure it stays tight, gotta work with what you got, LOL!!

I eat it raw in wraps OR I steam it in the microwave (in a steaming bag) or wrap it in foil, squirt some lemon and garlic on it and bake it at 350 for 15 minutes

I think it depends on how much you actually eat. I know from experience that one "binge day" CAN AND DOES set my weight loss back.
