I don't think I will "re-injure" myself as long as I don't do too high impact exercise. I think walking will be fine but running is probably out of the question. The injuries happened quite a few years ago. So should I just do a search here for these things you've mentioned? Are they regimens to follow?

I absolutely HATE taking pills....so I take 3 gummy Alive multi-vitamins (standard serving size), and 2 Caltrate + D chewies as well for calcium. That is all. Oh and chia seeds sprinkled into yogurt or oatmeal for their health benefits

I had an orange and a cup of coffee with creamer! I eat lighter during the day while I'm at work so I can save more calories for later :)

My (now 17 & 19) daughters always took lunch from home because the school lunches were crap. If I want to put a cookie or a treat in my child's lunch then that is my right! Congrats on your adorable baby!! I can relate with the exhaustion, but it gets better! What saves me is meal prepping on the weekend! I find someone to take care of baby for a couple hours while I shop and prepare several meals at once. I put lunches and dinners into containers and freeze or salads for lunch in mason jars…

I cannot understand why some people out in the world insist on posting snarky, rude comments when they know what the OP means when they say "clean" or "healthy". I LOVE my coffee!! And I like it dark and smooth, just like my red wine. :D I start off with a Starbucks Pike's med roast k-cup in my keurig at home, then at work we have Folgers Colombian med/dark roast. I drink 2-3 cups per day :)
