I have a dead lift question..... I thought you just went past your knees with the bar and then stood straight back up with your knees only slightly bent. (that's how they do it in my workout video) Is that wrong?

Honestly? You look really good. Start with 10lbs and see how you look/feel. I'm only 5'3 and when I weighed 150, I got so many compliments, people thought I was in my 130's. I did lift weights 3x a week so I think the toning made me look much smaller.

First off, 1200 is wayyyy to low, especially for an active man. Second, YES! I used to hate it when it yelled at me so now I have my calorie limit set way high so I can never go over, yay!! I still stay within my range though. :smile: It does, however, yell at me when I am too low. :o

I have bad knees so I walk. I put my treadmill on incline to give me a better workout. It has not affected my knees.

Thank you everyone. I went over last night (670), I didn't really need to but I just gave in. I bought more low calorie foods and I am going to start using stevia in my coffee and tea. Two cups of coffee equals 50 calories for me. I could eat instead!! I bought spinach and shrimp too.

How many calories are you allowing yourself on non fasting days? What exactly are you craving? You can most likely give in to your cravings, in moderation, I know I have.

It's funny, on my 500 days, I usually don't crave. It's ingrained in my mind that I can only have 500 calories so cravings are out of the question. My problem on my 500 days is being hungry!!!!
