Polar is the best. You should always opt for one with a chest strap. They measure MUCH more accurately. Wrist ones are pretty bad. Amazon always has them for MUCH less. I love my Polar FT4. Worth EVERY penny.

NOT accurate. I have a Heart Rate Monitor. The treadmill told me the other day that I burned a measly 99 calories. My HRM said 254. It's the best investment I've made.

I try to always pre-plan my food the evening before and log it into MFP. Then I'm more likely to stick to it the following day. I never pre-record my workouts. I use a HRM, so it would be pointless to guess how many calories I would work off in my next workout session.

I have been sticking to weighing in when I remember, and logging it into MFP. Here are my results for last week: 3/13 - 3/14: LOST 0.4 pounds 3/14 - 3/17: LOST 1 pound 3/17 - 3/20: LOST 1 pound TOTAL lost since 3/13: 2.4 pounds! YAY!

Thanks, everyone! I only record my weight on the same day every week (usually Wednesday or Thursday...whichever one I end up weighing on), but I like to see how certain days effect my weight. I appreciate the responses. I'll keep this all in mind. :)
