My first piece of advice is to lose mental weight. That T-shirt you hate, that stupid broken coat, that laptop you said you were going to rebuild, 5 years ago, etc. You'll feel SOO much more free.

I think since it's still fairly new, there are going to be some kinks. However, instead of the notification I wish it was a vibration pattern with "Bedtime!" On the LCD.
