9 miles today!!!! The whole fam including the dig went to a beautiful area near us. Park of horse trails and such. We had such a nice afternoon.

Just got back from doing two more miles. So total of 3 today. 3 more to go !! Weather is so nice today. Still a little cold. And tip. I use a free app called run keeper. Put in the activity. In my case walking. It uses gps in your phone to tell you how fast and far and in what time you walked. And tells you cal burned.

Did the power mile this morning. Wanted to do the 4 mile again. But forgot about kindergarten field trip today. At least got one mile done. 17 to go.

I've been making smoothies most mornings. Fresh or frozen mixed berries. A banana. A dash of organic honey and a little milk or yogurt. My other staple is rice cakes and peanut butter. (Adams all natural brand does not have sugar added) or I get apple honey from an Organic grocer.
