Same thing at the movie theaters! You have to BUY a soda cup to get anything more than a sip of water. If you want to buy the bottled water, it's two times more expensive than a refillable soda!!! Are you kidding me? I just bring my own in now. But it's ridiculous. Any people wonder why America is Obese and dying.

I 3rd the ChiRunning. I'm halfway through the book and went for my first 'ChiRun' yesterday. Switched back to my old form a few times to see the difference mid-run and WOW!!! I picked the book up from my library (though I'll probably be buying it now).

Absolutely! A lb a week is a very healthy way to loose weight. Time to get diligent. Really watch your salt intake, eat lots of lean meats, fresh veggies (try 1/2 of them raw), fruit, and water, water, water, water! Throw a few good workouts in there, and you will be at your goal!
