HAPPY FRIDAY! (& weigh-in day!) Here's the stats so far: 7/29: 246.1 8/5: 246.0 (-0.1) 8/12: 244.3 (-1.8) The lowest I've seen since July 1 is 243, so I'm pushing to get out of the 240s.

omgeeee! My frustrations about having my appt canceled last week and my supervisor giving me trouble about getting out early two weeks in a row is NOTHING. I'm glad everything turned out okay, and tomorrow will be better :)

Based on my current stats, MFP has me set to eat 1930 cal/day. (1 lb/ week setting) Since I've stalled for the past month, what would you loves suggest I do? Drop calories down to 2 lb/ week deficit? or... I'll take any suggestions :oP

Day 1 was just fine. I'm waterlogged (TOM) so the scale has been disappointing me. To combat my negative mood, I biked 10 miles before work, then ran intervals for 40 minutes at lunch. You want to talk about NSVs and weigh ins with complete strangers at your tables when you're waitressing because you noticed the icon on their phone. It's even worse when they order and you want to tell them "no, order it THIS way, you'll have 438 calories" also ...and logging food before you eat it ...planning nights out…

If you're consuming good calories, exercising and drinking plenty of water, don't be worried unless your MD says something at your next checkup. if other people keep making comments, go see your doc and ask if your plan is good! they're the brutally honest ones, especially if you're honest with them. :)

real bike. after only riding for a couple weeks, i was up to 15+ miles 3x a week. being outside and the motivation of pedaling farther than last time is so much more fun. that and you can find great deals on bikes on craigslist! hubby got us a pair of high end cannondale road bikes (retail over $1000 each!) for $200 each.…

most def. you all are awesome, and I want to have a baby. In fact, when I had my IUD placed shortly before the wedding, I was thinking, "heh, this will never last 5 years..."
