I buy Don Marcos Healthy Style Flour Tortillas. Only 60 cals per tortilla.

I would suggest preparing something before you go to bed and make it easily accessible, so if you do get up and want something quick you will already have it there and you won't be tempted to reach for cookies or donuts. Put the thing you make on the counter and put the donuts and cookies in a hard to reach spot.

I like to warm up with about 10-15 minutes on the treadmill just to get my blood pumping and muscles warmed up. Then I will do my strength exercises. Then for a cool down I will do another 10-15 minutes on the treadmill and make sure I stretch really good when it's all done to try and lessen the soreness the next day.

Awesome! That's practically a full 5k race!

If it is a chain restaurant the nutrition facts are usually posted on the website. Go on there and find something to eat before you go to the restaurant, that way you are prepared and won't be tempted to open that menu! Say no to liquid calories and opt for drinking water instead. When your meal comes out, ask for a box…

They have an "Under 550 Calories" menu with some tasty looking entrees. I've yet to try any of them, but they sure do look yummy!

pasta and alcohol. I looooooove pasta, any kind of pasta (fettucine alfredo, mac n cheese, spaghetti w/ meat sauce). I have started buying the whole wheat pasta instead of the regular stuff in order to try and make it a little better. As for the alcohol... I have still had a problem cutting back on that. i only drink on…

Unfortunately I only have the regular iPod touch which would require wifi to stream radio. I will stick with my podcasts for now! Oh and.... I'M SO JEALOUS OF YOU!! I've never been to a trance show :( Actually that's a lie, I went to see A&B at a local club but I had a little too much to drink so I don't really remember…

Yes to all of these!!! Also I would add to the list Matt Darey (his podcast is called Nocturnal or Nocturnal Sunshine), and Sonnydeejay (The Vocal Trance Sessions)

Who are some of your favorite artists? By far my most favorite is Above & Beyond (<3 TATW), Armin van Buuren, Oceanlab, Pendulum, anything remixed by Gabriel & Dresden, BT, Chicane.... the list goes on and on. Listening to TATW every week for the past 2 years has definitely opened me up to new artists and increased my love…

Craisins! A 1/3 cup serving is just enough to satisfy me! And I also love Nature Valley Oats 'n Honey crunchy granola bars! 2 bars come in one package so I usually will eat one for a snack and save the other for later.

Definitely love this, but I also add feta cheese to it for a "greek omlette". I have a major weakness for feta, and it is suprisingly really good on an omlette!

If you are feeling yourself become harder then you are gaining muscle. One pound of fat takes up much more space than one pound of muscle, so when you lose lots of fat you will notice the loss of inches, but at the same time you are gaining muscle. Lose a pound of fat, but gain a pound of muscle, and the scale won't…

I like baked tilapia with some ground coriander, lemon juice, and parsley flakes. It's pretty tasty! I really like the added flavor of the coriander. Put the fish in a baking dish, mix a little bit of the coriander and parsley flakes into the lemon juice and pour over the fish. I usually bake at 350 for 20 or so min (or…

Make a smoothie and add some protein powder to it.

Just curious, but how can pickles be 0 calories? Even raw cucumber alone has some calories in it, then to make them into pickles you need to add stuff to them. I love pickles too!

62. Not too shabby.

If you lost 6 lbs in the first week I would assume that is all (or at least most of it is) water weight. You probably haven't lost too much actual fat yet since it has only been 2 weeks. You just need to stick with it and not worry so much about the scale. Weigh yourself once a week or even once a month, and also measure…

I agree that eating something healthy before you go is a good idea. Also drinking lots of water while you're there will help fill you up. Then you can have a slice of pizza and it won't be the end of the world. Remember to eat the piece of pizza slowly and enjoy every bite so you'll feel more satisified. :)

Sleep is a very important part to staying healthy. Your body needs 7-8 hours of sleep every night and if you are consistently getting less then you are depriving yourself. I say if you sleep in and miss your workout you shouldn't feel bad because you are giving your body something else it needs, more rest! The days you do…

So if I were born on Oct 30th, I'd be a Virgo AND a Libra? That chart makes no sense.

It could still be shin splints. Shin splints can be either in the muscles, or in the bone (fractures). The bone kind is more serious since it is little fractures, and they can easily become worse with the more stress you put on that bone. The muscles kind isn't as serious but still needs healing time. It is probably what…

If your office allows it, I've heard that getting a stability ball and replacing your desk chair with it is good. Stability balls require you to balance which helps strengthen your core muscles. Plus they are actually pretty comfy to sit on!

I have just recently made the switch to working out in the morning before I have to work. I set my alarm for 5:45 and allow myself to hit snooze once, then it's out of bed and to the gym. I have found that I really love working out in the mornings because I know I will be able to come home from work and be lazy and not…

Thanks for all the great advice everyone! @ Desirai - Your post really hit me. Thank you for your encouraging words! @ katbass - I love the idea of getting a box as soon as the meal comes out. That would definitely help curb my overeating that always tends to happen at restaurants!
