  • lucky you girls! carbs are always a problem for me, by evening I have about 600 calories and 30 carbs :mad:, I have been loosing 3 to 4 pounds a week so I really don't understand how this whole thing works. It's really hard to balance all:sad:

  • I'm from Argentina and most of the families there eat after 9 every day and the percentage of overweight people is not high. However, I feel much better now eating earlier, because I don't go to bed too full.

  • I've been watching calories and fat( following this program), lots of veggies and fruits ,and running, which is a big thing for me for about 25 to 45 minutes, some weight and squats. Today also, in my brake time I went outside and play volleyball with one of my coworkers for 15 minutes. :happy:
