I quit smoking cold turkey on a Friday was partying on Saturday. That was (9) years ago. If you REALLY want to quit you will. Gums, the patch, hypnotism... none of that crap will work unless you TRULY, HONESTLY, desire to quit.

I did the Michigan/Ohio TM in April. I really enjoyed and will do it again. I trained for it with a mix of cross fit and running for about (6) months prior to the event.

I completed the Michigan/Ohio TM in April. It was a blast! I have not ran a marathon so I can not compare the two.
