I exercise almost every morning before I eat ... I have also done it at night after I've finished eating for the day. Honestly, I've never noticed a difference in the calorie burn. I wear a HRM while doing it and I burn anywhere from 225 to 250 per level ... based on your weight, etc. could be more could be less ... good luck!! It works!

I do the 30 Day Shred consistently ... if I jump on the elliptical beforehand for 30 minutes and then do one of the levels I can burn about 250 calories (and yes, I wear a HRM) ... this morning I did levels 1 and 2 and burned a little over 400 calories ... HRM is the way to go!
