That happened to me after I lost about 15 pounds and increasing my food intake was exactly what needed to happen. I keep a water bottle with me at all times and I try to get to 15 glasses of water a day .. it's like a little game I play with myself. I think it helps that I really see a difference in my weight loss when I don't drink water and not in a good way if you know what I mean.

Thanks for the warm welcome. I'm still trying to figure all of this out!! WW was VERY forgiving and like many of you I felt like when I ate a banana, an apple (or 2 or 3) I was kind of cheating.
