My fav's: P90X Extra Yoga Running

This I gotta see.... Challenge Accepted. I'll let you know how it goes.

My biggest rule: I don't eat at any restaurant that has a drive thru window. If I get a salad, I dip the fork in the vinaigrette. Less than 7g sugar a day from all sources combined No refined carbohydrate. Yoga at least thrice a week =)

I fully endorse the showing of boobage. That is all.

<--- unapologetic Sasquatch, don't give a rip if anyone is impressed or not. So I guess I'm neither "Yay" or "Nay", but "meh".

Petite, with proportionate n-a-t-u-r-a-l breasts, a nice booty, pretty smile, big eyes (with whatever color being sharp, not dull, healthy skin, anything but dark black or albino white skin is nice. Asians or Latinas top my list, though in the ultimate scale of things, personality goes a long, LONG way as a modifier. The…

Yes and No. Yes, you choose to eat the foods that will have negative impacts on your body. No, because many people do not know how to properly fuel their bodies. In my case, it was my own fault. I knew pizza, beer, hot dogs, processed foods and not getting ANY exercise was bad for me. I modified my behavior, and that was…

Thanks for the kind words everyone. @Sophie: I just shaved it because I moved from Hawaii to California and it was itching something terrible! Now that it's gone I get the itchie stage after just a few days growth. That's pretty much it lol.

Or you could see about what it takes to make one of your own, give it a catchy-yet-obviously cheesy name that could also possibly double as "Good Eats" episode title like: "Fat Camp Fit Champs", "Planet of the Grapes"; "Butter Beaters"; or my favorite: "Pilates of the Caribbean" You'll have 'em lining up to join =)

Proof that chicks dig *kitten* ;)

I like the MFP mobile App. It helps me log as soon as I eat something, weekend or not. If you don't have a smartphone, just make yourself log it anyways. It's your choice to get more healthy. The only one you'll be gypping is yourself if you don't go all the way with it.

Don't worry. What you're feeling is perfectly fine. The secret is in re-training your metabolism to accept foods at regular intervals, and choosing the right foods to go in the tank. For example: I used to suffer the same problem you describe. The hunger pangs hit, and I transformed from mild-mannered cool guy in…

Running, Stretching, Hiking, Biking, and lots of it. Only way I know of to tone up a calf muscle.

Strength training will help with some loose skin, though it will never "tighten up" all the way. Skin is elastic to a degree, so if you gain a few pounds and then lose it rather quickly (i.e. Too much celebrating in the holidays). Your skin will tighten up. However carrying a certain gross amount of excess weight for a…

I'd say pack a lunch as well. This can help you quite a bit. Maybe cutting down on sodium would give you those last couple pounds of water that might be retained by salts. As an aside: This is not to discourage you at all, but just from a guy's perspective, why do you want to lose weight? You are SMOKIN' HOT! Going by your…

Yup. I'd cook 'em and eat 'em. No regrets, pass the BBQ sauce =)

DUDE! That is incredible. Congratulations. I hope to get into lifting hard once I lose another 40 lbs. Looking forward to moving lots of iron like that. Truly inspiring !

I try to go twice a day. I do some light lifting in the morning for about 10 minutes, followed by a half hour of stairs, treadmill or elliptical. In the afternoon, it's either a nice long walk or a trip to the gym again for some hardcore cardio. Trying to work a trip to the pool in there somewhere though.

I feel ya here. Used to POUND McDonalds Double Cheese burgers and McNuggets by the 50 count. One of my fav "foods" (to use the term very loosely). Now, after eating better foods with real nutritional value, the entire McMenu tastes and looks disgusting to me.

Because people are addicted to an overdeveloped sense of sweet. Companies sell sweet stuff because it makes the most money. I prefer coffee and teas, but as far as soda goes, can you recall ever seeing a bitter, hot, or sour flavored soda? There are some sodas that are being sweetened with Stevia. But when I need a "sweet…

I'm a beer fan, aficionado, critic, advocate, whatever. I LOVE beer. (Yes, REAL beer too, Chimay, Stone Brewery, Belgian Tripples etc). Sadly, I have completely cut it out nearly completely because I cannot drink just one, or two, or three. I drink the frosty brew like a Victorious Viking back from war when I have it. So…

perfectly normal. There's actually a condition called "runner's nipple" that can stem from it. (google it).

I've really been enjoying EAS chocolate flavor protein powder (2 servings), with Yerba Psyllium husk powder stirred in. Really keeps me going for a few hours. =)

No food burns fat. Not one. To burn fat, you have to do it by combining a nutrition and activity lifestyle that is conducive to your body using those fat reserves. Strawberries and blueberries are wonderful foods packed with nutrients and antioxidants. To burn fat though: 1. eat a balanced diet, staying away from processed…

There must be time for breakfast. It takes 5 minutes to mix up a protein shake with some fiber and snag some toast out the door. I cannot stress how important to your nutritional success eating ANYTHING for breakfast is. Snack one looks good. An apple and some yogurt, good protein, fiber calcium and fruity nutrients there…

I feel your pain man. I quit smoking in 2003 and I packed on the pounds big time. But I wasn't being too health conscious back then either. It's going to be tough for the first few months after quitting smoking. Your body has to have time to adjust to your new lifestyle. Smoking does help prevent food cravings, and now…

I used to have "everyone's gonna look at me weird" phobia of going to the gym. I told my friend about this and that I didn't want to be the big tubbah-tubbbah guy who gets made fun of at the gym. He said "Who gives a S%@t if they look at you, we'll see what they say in 3 months." Nobody really cares that I'm there or not…
