I love creamer too, especially the powder kind. Recently I've been drinking black or having it just with calorie free sweetener. I find it's just as good with skim milk.

I have the same problem. It's good to know I'm not alone there. I usually end up eating only about 750 - 800 calories a day, because my hunger doesn't set in until around dinnertime. The best way I've found to give it a boost is to exercise, either walking about 30 minutes to an hour, or doing some other form of cardio…
