Sigh. Vacation and lots of restaurant eating took its toll on me this week. CW = 256 (up 2 pounds) But I'm not beating myself up about it. Just got back from my second mini-vacation, where my diet was pretty bad...but I got LOTS of exercise (walking on the beach, swimming, golfing, etc.) and because I'm on vacation, I've been handling the sleep challenge really well. Gotta catch up on the crunches now! Great challenges again, Jenn!

CW - 254 - no change No change...but not disappointed in that, since I've just gotten home from a super fun and very busy (but not at all nutritious) weekend in New York City.
