I think even though we are all the same height we all still have different body types. And we are all starting from different points, and we are all different ages, all of these factors make a difference. Hiya I have lost 7lb since 7th January. Whats been the most important lesson to me is how to eat 'properly' to lose weight and change my lifestyle for good. I am aiming to lose 1lb per week, so should be near my goal come Christmas! :0)
