My hubby and I are both on here. He was first, and I was on fitday.com. I tried MFP and liked it better, so I moved on over. We started going to the gym together in the morning before he goes to work, he likes it when I go,although I prefer to go later in the day.

My husband is one of those that can sleep late and never know what is going on. He actually - when he sets his mind to losing weight and getting in shape - is very dedicated and successful. Didn't think about the almond milk...I will have to try that. I don't want to use artificial sweetners so I just use my vanilla creamer, but takes a lot of calories up out of my day. Thanks for the suggestion!

I also cook a lot from scratch - so I use the recipe builder. Put in all ingredients and how many servings and you got your nutritional value. It saves on your page under recipes for future reference. Good luck.

I am 5'2 and about to be 38 years old in less than a month. I have been attempting to diet very unsuccessfully for several months. I am trying with a new determination now. My starting weight is around 147 (depends on what time of day I weigh). I want to weigh 120. Feel free to add me if you like.
