I am not big on breakfast type foods, so I have non traditional type foods for breakfast a lot. Hey. Your stomach definitely looks smaller!!! It may be water retention the fact that it looks different to you on a different day. Either way 12 lbs in one month is a huge loss. That is definitely motivation to keep going! Great job!!!! :glasses:

Thanks so much everyone!!! These are some great ideas!! It looks like I will be going to Walmart today. Nothing beats being able to buy lettuce and yoga pants at the same place! Yeah I ALWAYS weigh myself in the morning. I never weigh after I have eaten or drank anything. That would make me even more upset. The exercises I have done have been mostly cardio with some resistance exerceises. Mostly cardio though. Is anyone else having my problem?
