it helps looking at other peoples diaries. my first few days i was over on everything but as long as you start tracking and try to keep close to your calories you will eventually get the hang of what not to eat. I work 3rd shift and always do midnight to midnight as far as my hours. I have fruits mostly, a yogurt and a fiber bar or granola bar and a lean cuisine. that in a 10 hr span

i completely understand what you are talking about have been in the same thought process as you a few times. I was personally was told not to eat any of my burnt calories, maybe you could start by only eating 1/2 of them and see what happens?

Everyone has to start somewhere!! Even you attempting to go for a run and maybe you didnt go as far as you wanted you atleast got up and did it. That to me is the hardest part and if you keep it up, you will be able to look back at that 5 mins and laugh!!! Im oproud of you and your 5 mins!!! Im going to add you!
